Q: Activity! Who do you want to be? If you could choose any character from a book. What do you think that character looks like and what do you have in common?

Ok.
So you're going to think I'm sooooo lame for this but...There's nobody/not one character that I would want to be.

Nobody comes to mind. Weird right?! Not even one!
From the books I read the characters are either bad ass {and I'm too lazy for all that} and/or they experience some heartache {and I'm not really into that either}.

So.
Yea.
I'd be Oprah for a week or so though if I could choose 1 real life person! :)

What character would YOU want to be?

  1. This was seriously almost my own answer. I definitely don't want to deal with being bad ass, either, because it's a lot of work. The characters I respect the most are the ones that I definitely don't want to trade places with. I only picked my answers after some serious thought (since I saw the FF question on Wednesday!)
    Great answer!

  2. There's something to be said for a nice, calm, "undramatic" life...I kind of agree. Thanks for visiting!

  3. I totally understand this. While I can relate to some characters for one reason or another, there are very few I'd actually want to take the place of. I chose Hermione from Harry Potter, but I'm not actually brave or smart enough to do any of the things she did. As soon as the battles started, I run! I sure would enjoy Ron, though. :-)

  6. I'd pick Paul or Mr Rossi from Elizabeth Kostava's novel The Historian. What an amazing journey they experienced!

  9. I didn't think about it like that but you're right, Oprah is a great answer. I miss her talk show watched it all the time and I don't get OWN.

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Holidays!

  10. Oprah is awesome! I found a character I wouldn't mind being, and whose life isn't so full of drama I think I couldn't deal with it.

  15. Hi, from a new follower! :)

Oprah is a great choice, even if she isn't fictional!

  16. Haha. I get what you mean. I definitely not a kick-ass person, although I love to read abuot characters that are. And I'm not really into a lot of heartache wither. But there were a few characters I would still love to be.

  17. I've never met a character that I would like to be in a book. With that said, I'd have to create one in my own mind & write about her. She would be successful & have a mix of being a diva & a bad a** special ops agent that takes no mess. Love your blog. New follower from Writing My Dreams.
