NEW WIP: Black & White Vintage Crochet Blanket

I started a new W.I.P.! I told you I would!

Yarn: Stitch Studio By Nicole in "Baby Breath" and "Midnight"

Hook: J/6:00mm

I'm pretty sure I'll be keeping this for myself! I'm thinking it'll make a great throw blanket for my living room.

What are you working on?

  1. Looking good!!!...I'm working on a hooded baby blanket. I'm impressed with your ability to do the same pattern colors and stitches over and over in a pattern. I get bored and have to change colors OR SOMETHING when it's a big project. Good On Ya!! :-)

  4. Looks very nice! Never used only black and white to crochet, but when I see this, I can't wait to start with those colours! It's also a lovely stitch...
I'm working on my fall-blanket, made some pots look better, almost starting with a bag for my daughter, and the colours for a poncho are also chosen.
I'd better get back to work ;-)

  5. I wish I had picked this skill up from my Mom Mom when she tried to teach me.

I love what you're working on!

  6. I just finished a knit hat.. .I need to start up another one.
I love the pattern.. & that black & white looks great together. You don't usually find a really good dark black in yarn. It's usually that ugly faded color.

  7. I have been eyeing blankets with that pattern for a while! I wanna try it... I think my next project up is going to be a crochet top. Maybe I can use that pattern as inspiration ^.^
